Commissioned work is for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
Artist is has the right to post the commissioned art as samples. Client may wish to keep the commission private if requested.
Artist will only work on the design once paid in full.
The commissioned art is not allowed to be used in any form of discriminatory or harmful subjects.
Artist will only work on the piece after full payment is done. Commissions will take 2-8 weeks depending on difficulty. I will make sure to update you in case I am unable to meet a deadline usually because of health problems.
Artist owns the moral rights to the commissioned work. Client is not allowed to claim the commissioned piece as their own.
Selling or production of my work in any form to earn money is not allowed. My work cannot be used in any form of blockchain-related technology this includes NFT, cryptocurrency or any future inventions in the space
Artist is allowed to decline the commission. This also includes a full refund in case I have urgent matters to attend to (main reasons are unexpected health problems or accidents that may affect me finishing the commission).
If you are interested in using a piece I have made for commercial purposes (such as business cards, stream wallpaper, website images, etc.) there will be an additional fee. This is typically 1/3 of the total commission price but may increase depending on the project's size.
Payment plans (installments) are accepted for commissions over 100 USD, if requested. A portion (the 100USD) must be paid upfront and the rest no longer than a month (30 days)
