TERMS OF SERVICE
I reserve the right to use commissioned work for my portfolio, social media, etc., unless discussed and excused by the client.
I have the right to turn down a commission request for any reason.
I request that payment be paid upfront for commissions less than $60. For commissions OVER $60, pay the first half UPFRONT, before paying the remaining half POST-COMPLETION before the final piece is sent.
Turnaround time, normally up to 1 - 2 months, may be extended for personal reasons that may out of my control. The customer has all right to request a refund beyond this point (1-2 months).
ANY and ALL of my work is only for personal purposes.
DO NOT use my work for monetary or commercial use unless we have discussed otherwise. I REFUSE to work towards NFTs and cryptocurrency.
you may repost my work on a personal page (Instagram, Twitter, Sta.sh, Discord, Toyhou.se, etc.) with credit to my on-site handle via tagging or a link.
DO NOT remove or edit my watermark or signature, repost without permission or credit, or claim the artwork as your own. Any case of this will lead to a BLACKLIST from my commissions.
COMMISSION DETAILS
I CAN draw:
Human[oids], anthro, feral
Simple monsters, mecha.
Light explicit content. (Light gore, suggestive content/poses, etc.)
Fan art
Unproblematic ships.
I WILL NOT draw:
Explicit content. (Included but not limited to heavy gore, suicide, porn, fetish art etc.)
Complex mecha/machinery/monsters.
"Proship" or problematic content. (Problematic ships, "loli" or "shota", etc.)
Any hateful themes (homophobia, transphobia, etc; racist, facist, extremist ideas; hate crimes)
Another art style, stolen OCs, etc.
LARGE edits can be made between the SKETCH and LINE WORK stages. MINOR edits can be made during the COLOURING PROCESS and POST-COMPLETION for up to two weeks (14 days)!
Updates are given at the 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% completion points. Additional updates may be granted upon request!
Reference(s) and other details that may apply to the commission are required, please have these ready. A doodle on the composition you want is highly encouraged!
