TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-Give references and details when you request a commission. Preferably graphic/picture references. If I have to design your characters, a design fee is given which is an additional $15.00 (Php700.00)

-Commissioners will pay for Paypal transactions. Philippine local customers have the option for GCash. Unless you inquire either on Ko-fi or Fiverr.

-All commissions are done with Paint Tool Sai and Photoshop.

-I have the right to refuse your commission request if it does not fit my style or I am not comfortable with it.

-This is for personal use. That means you cannot sell my art. The commission belongs to you, you can use or upload it anywhere you want. Give credit and do not remove the watermark.

-I have the right to keep the artwork (with watermark) for portfolio purposes.

-You can only have 2 revisions max, so please be specific with the changes once I send the samples for checking. I will start doing line art and coloring once you are fully paid.

-I will not repeat the commission once I send the final product to you.

-Cancellation can be done as long as you haven't paid. Refunds however are not acceptable.

I WILL DRAW CHARACTERS IN MY STYLE AND BE BASED ON:

-Original Characters
-Fanart
-Friends, family, and yourself.
-Simple backgrounds

I WILL NOT DRAW:

-NSFW, Yaoi, Yuri
-Mechanic
-Body building (huge muscles)
-Animals/Furries/Ponies/Chibi
-Complicated backgrounds.

Commissioning me means you have agreed to the terms of services mentioned above. If you, the client, did not read the terms of services, I will not be held responsible for your own misconception.
