All commissions follow these terms unless specified otherwise.

I reserve all rights to the image (not the characters), commissioners cannot claim they’ve created the artwork themselves.
Commissioned pieces are for personal use only.
You must be over 18 to purchase NSFW artwork.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
Upon payment, you have understood and agreed to my Terms of Service.

I only accept PayPal
Payment will be taken up front. I will not start on your commission until payment is received.
Prices are in USD, unless specified otherwise.

COPYRIGHT AND REPOSTING POLICIES

I reserve all rights over the commissioned artwork, the commissioner has the right to repost the artwork to their own gallery/blog. However, I must be credited for the artwork. (Please ask me beforehand.)
I have the full right to use the artwork to promote my galleries/commission openings and other things. I have the right to post the artwork to my gallery, commissioners will be credited for their characters.

ART COMPLETION

If a commission needs to be cancelled for any reason you’ll receive a partial refund, depending on how much of the artwork has been completed.
If I am unable to finish, and/or cancel the commission for any reason, the commissioner will receive a full refund.
If artwork has a special deadline I will ask for additional fees (If it needs to be done sooner, for a birthday or the like.)

Revisions:
I will show sketches/lining/base coloring between phases for approval/changes before I move onto the next part. After I’ve received approval I will NOT make any new revisions/additions.
Major changes might require additional fees.
Finished artwork will NOT be revised.

STREAMING ARTWORK

I may work on your artwork in a public art stream, unless it’s a private/gift/surprise commission that I’ve been made aware of beforehand. I may/will not stream all phases/artwork.

COMMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Let me know in the mail what you wish me to do (which category of commission.)
Please make sure to send enough reference material. Examples of reference material are:
1. Visual material for your character(s): your own and/or commissioned artwork, in-game screenshots/armory, face claims. If your character has an outfit that has not yet been designed/drawn please give me sufficient reference material of the different pieces of the outfit.
2. A description of your character(s) personality and if you have a preference of what kind of pose/expression you wish them to be in.
After your approval, I will not add additional items after the initial sketch if you change your mind. However, if I have not sent you a sketch that you approve of, this is still available.
Please provide me with your chosen site/username/handle for proper character crediting.
