I draw LineArts, and I can color as well.
I use Photoshop, mainly for colouring.
I usually can draw a LineArt in a hour or less (depends on complexity).
Colours it usually depends, but if its only 1 character and no background, usually 1-2days(3 in some cases).
A full job, including Backgrounds along side the character and perspective work may take longer, between 3-6days.
