All commissions are for personal use only, unless a commercial license fee (200% of the base price) is agreed upon in advance. Commercial use includes merchandise, book covers, advertisements, etc.

No refunds will be issued after the final rendering stage is reached. Refunds before completion will be based on progress:

Sketch: 90% refund
Lineart: 40% refund
Line & Flats: 15% refund
Rendering: 0% refund

Chargebacks without prior communication will result in a permanent blacklist and potential legal action.

I retain the copyright to the artwork. Clients may not resell, alter, or claim the artwork as their own.

NFTs and AI use of my artwork are strictly prohibited.
