By ordering my commission, you have read and agree to the terms of service agreements below:
GENERAL RULES
The commissioned work is for personal use only. The client must not claim the artwork as their own unless the client pay for commercial uses of price.

Artist will not proceed your request without any message first through DMs or twitter. Please do not fill the form without any confirmation.

Using both personal and commercial commissioned work as NFT is strictly prohibited. Artist will not associate with anything related to NFTs or any other blockchain technology.

All the works are based on the slot order list. It would be finished by 3 days up to 8 weeks roughly for each slot once your order has been started. About 3~5 commissions are estimated to be finished in one batch (depending on slot order list, complexity and type of commission, IRL) so please be patient. For waiting list, you will be notified as soon as possible once the slot is available.

Please no rush/It will be charged for additional rush fee by 50% of total price.

You can track your order in Artist Trello account.

Artist will do fanart and original character from your own idea.

Artist will not accept NSFW/18+ stuffs, Gore, Furry, Mecha, and imitating other artist styles.Artist may not be comfortable drawing Yaoi/Yuri themed couple but it depends on what would pose references be like.

Please prepare detailed references, such as a drawing, photos, pose preferences, and color mood/atmosphere before sending a message.

You cannot cancel or refund once the artist accept your order.

Artist has rights to decline a commission if the client provide unclear instructions and references or Artist may not be comfortable to draw your request.

You will get a full refund if the artist cancels your commission *artist will contact asap by e-mail or social media.

Please note if you have a certain deadline in advance.

Your slot will be removed automatically if there is no respond after 1x24 hours.

Artist only accept major revisions in a sketch phase, such as: drawing compositions, anatomy and pose (Depending on which type of commissions).

Artist only accept minor revisions after color sketch phase and before proceeding to final coloring stage (Depending on which type of commissions).

You will be charged for extra minor revisions (see the pricelist in extra section).

Please note artist will not accept any major edits or any revisions once the final work is completed.

Generally, Artist hold the rights to use the commissioned art for her personal portfolio/website/social media. Please tell in advance if you do not want your commission to be uploaded in Artist social media. Artist will charge 85% of total personal pricelist for private commission.

Artist will publish finished work by adding "sample" and "commission" watermark version in her social media.

You are free to post the finished commission on your own social media or website by providing proper credits. Please do not remove watermark or signature unless client pay for commercial use.

Artist have the rights to take an real action if there is any a breach of terms and conditions as been made.

WORK PROCESS

1. Slot reservation: Please contact artist through DMs or an e-mail to reserve a slot.
2. Filling the form: Artist will provide you a form for a slot confirmation.
3. Uploading references: Please make sure you send the right character references (especially with the color palette) to avoid any errors. You can compile as many references as you would like. Once the commission is accepted, Artist will send you an invoice to complete payment (if you choose upfront method or full payment)
4. Sketch/Draft Color/Line: Artist will send you an 2nd invoice before proceeding to the next phase (if you choose down payment method). Please note that you cannot refund or cancel the slot after sketch has been sent. At this stage, you can ask for any revisions.
5. Painting Once the revision from previous stage is approved, Artist will proceed to the stage of painting using Clip Studio Paint/SAI. Only minor revision is acceptable.
6. Finishing: Artist will do some color corrections and final touch up in Photoshop.
7. Completion: The final piece will be sent by an e-mail.

PAYMENT METHOD
You can choose to pay 50% Down Payment or Full Payment (upfront). International payments please choose the option of full payment (upfront)

Artist will start working on your commission once the payment has been received.

You are not allowed a refund once the artist started working on the commission and the payment is sent.

You will get a full refund if the artist cancels your commission *artist will contact asap by e-mail or social media.

Payment will be done via Paypal/Ko-fi(USD), BCA (IDR), and Dana (IDR).
