Welcome! By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and positive experience for both of us!

Commission Process

1. All commissions are created based on the details and specifications you provide.

2. I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission request for any reason, including if the subject matter does not align with my artistic values or if it's deemed inappropriate.

Payment

1. I accept payments through Artists & Clients as well as Zelle and Venmo.

2. Full payment is required upfront before I start working on your commission.

Delivery Time

1. Delivery time varies depending on the complexity of the commission and my current workload. I will provide you with an estimated time frame before starting the project.

2. You will receive a draft or sketch of the artwork before I begin finalizing it. Feedback at this stage is not required but appreciated to ensure the final piece meets your expectations.

3. Please allow reasonable time for revisions.

Revisions and Edits

1. I do not charge extra for revisions bur the estimated delivery time may be pushed back.

2. Please be clear and specific with your feedback to avoid unnecessary delays.

Usage Rights

1. All commissioned artworks are created for personal use only.

2. You are welcome to display and share your commissioned art on social media, but credit must be given to me as the artist.

Prohibited Uses: AI and Commercial Use

1. No AI-Generated Modifications or Use: The commissioned artwork cannot be used to train or modify AI systems, nor can it be integrated into or used by any AI models, applications, or software.

2. No Commercial Use: The artwork is not for resale, use in merchandise, or any commercial endeavor. You may not sell, distribute, or use the artwork commercially (e.g., in products, marketing, or any profit-driven ventures).

Copyright and Ownership

1. As the artist, I retain the copyright to the artwork. By commissioning me, you are purchasing the rights to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. You may not alter, trace, or claim the artwork as your own.

Refunds and Cancellations

1. Due to the nature of custom work, all sales are final once the commission has been started. However, if I have not yet started the artwork, a refund may be requested within 3 days of payment.

2. If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Ethical Guidelines

1. I reserve the right to refuse commissions that involve harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content.

2. I will not accept commissions that involve explicit content, hate speech, or that promote harmful ideologies.

Limitation of Liability

1. I will do my best to provide a high-quality piece of artwork. However, I am not liable for any misuse or violation of these terms by the customer.

2. In the event of a technical issue or unforeseen circumstance that delays or prevents the completion of your commission, I will communicate promptly and offer solutions or a refund if necessary.
