Regarding the commissioned artwork
1. The artist will NOT draw furry (exception for kemonomimis/animal ears), burly/very muscled men or bara, mecha, robots, super detailed work (think Kim Junggi), and NSFW work (exception for moderate amount of blood. Other examples of NSFW artworks like sexual/lewd art and body horror/gore are no-nos)
2. Do ask the artist for more info if the do/don'ts doesn't include the specific topic you are looking to commission for.
3. Clients must keep in mind that all artworks will be made in the artist's personal art style.
4. Clients must provide reference images to aid in the artist's process.
5. The artist do not condone plagiarism.
6. The artist will only accept up to 3 revisions.
7. The artist has the right to decline commissions.
8. The artist will retain all rights on the commissioned piece.
9. The artist is allowed to have commissioned piece posted or attached in either online or printed for portfolios.
10. All finished pieces will be in soft copy, either in .jpg or .png, which will be sent to the client through email.
11. All artworks are strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY. No commercial works at the moment. Absolutely no NFTs.
Regarding workflow
1. The work flows from sketch-making, lining, flat greyscale, form rendering and background shapes if wanted, and color rendering if the client chooses a colored commission.
2. Depending on the artist's schedule and circumstances (academics, family matters, etc) the artwork may be delayed without further notice.
Regarding payment
1. The client must settle on the payment only when agreed on before the artist creates the artwork.
2. Payment must be settled in either upfront or 50% before the artist begins, and 50% upon completion.
3. Proof of payment, in the form of screenshots and receipts, must be sent to close the deal.
4. No cancellations and refunds shall be accepted.
