Hello! I'm Katrina and I'm an artist based out of the desert with a Bachelors in Art. I focus on watercolor but often include acrylic and charcoal pieces.
I enjoy working in several mediums but typically stick to what I know best. I have been interested in making art since I was a little one, drawing with chalk and sculpting in play-doh. This branched into my college years where I attempted other majors before finally going back to what I love and know best.
I now live in the middle of the desert with my husband where I spend much of my time creating, hula-hooping and exploring antique shops. There is plenty of inspiration out here which is exciting to an artists eye! I enjoy finding a subject to focus on and create a collection, or several small collections, focusing in that subject. You may also find that I love the female form and my work tends to have a feminine touch.
I plan to using this page to share updates on collections that I'm working on and to share the pieces that are completed. If there is enough interest in any pieces there will also be the chance to purchase limited prints and originals. Please feel free to ask any questions through my comments, message or by email.
