Terms of Service (TOS)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the agreement between Karla ("Artist") and the Client ("Client") for commissioned artwork services, including but not limited to furry art, fursuit designs, digital art, concept art, and illustration. By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to adhere to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
   The Artist offers a range of creative services, including custom character designs, digital illustrations, concept art, fursuit designs, and other art projects as agreed upon with the Client.
   Specifics on style, format, and deadlines will be discussed and documented before work begins to ensure alignment on expectations.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

Payment for services, including rates and any specific payment schedules, will be agreed upon before starting the project.
Payments are generally due upfront unless an alternative arrangement has been made.
Refunds will be provided only in particular cases, as outlined in the Cancellation and Refunds section below.

1. Project Communication

The Artist will maintain open and regular communication with the Client throughout the project to ensure transparency and progress updates.
Any major changes to the scope after the project begins may incur additional fees and require written approval.

1. Revisions Policy

The Artist allows a set number of revisions as discussed at the project's start. Beyond this, additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
Final approval is required from the Client to complete the project.

1. Usage Rights

Client Rights: The Client receives the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise specified.
Artist Rights: The Artist retains all original rights to the artwork, including the right to use it in a portfolio, social media, and other promotional channels. For commercial use, a separate licensing agreement and fee structure may apply.

1. Confidentiality

All Client-provided materials will be treated as confidential, and any permission for public use or disclosure will be obtained from the Client in advance.

1. Cancellation and Refunds

The Client may cancel the project at any time before completion; however, any refunds will be calculated based on work completed up to the cancellation point.
If the Client displays inappropriate or uncooperative behavior, the Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission and may offer a partial refund based on work completed.

1. Delivery and File Format

The final artwork will be delivered in digital format unless otherwise requested. Any requested physical delivery will incur additional shipping costs.
Delivery timelines will be estimated during project discussions, but they may vary based on the project’s complexity or unforeseen circumstances.

1. Liability

The Artist is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the commissioned artwork.

1. Amendments

The Artist reserves the right to update these Terms as necessary. Any changes to active agreements will require mutual consent in writing.
