I. General Terms
-Please provide a proper and many references.
-Please speak in a nice manner, so we can do transaction smoothly as i will be polite to you as well.
-I have the right to decline your commission.
-STRICTLY no cancellation if the commission has started.

II. Payment
-Before i start doing the commission, the client MUST pay the downpayment first.
-After the commission is finished, you need to pay the rest of your payment before receiving the finished piece.
-The payment can be done using paypal.

III. Process
-I will only allow revisions in sketch phase.
--After the main sketch is approved, only small changes are allowed to be made such as small color mistake/small facial feature mistake.
-Any big changes will charge extra such as outfit change/addition/subtraction, background change, and changes that will make me redraw it completely.
--The time that your commission will be finished can be up to 3 days to 1 week minimum, and 3 weeks maximum depending on the complexity of the commission.

IV. Customer Satisfaction
-I will send you WIPs in sketch phase if the client personally asks for it or if i have something unsure of about the commission.
-Any small changes (2 times only) will be allowed to the finished piece as long as i don't have to redraw things completely.
-I will do my best to do the commission with the best of my ability.

V. Copyright/Usage Policy
-I have the every rights of the drawing, not the client.
-I am allowed to use the copyrighted work to promote myself in any place and site, post it anywhere i want.
-The client are allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
-The client are also allowed to print, promote themselves but with a proper credit to the artist.
Clients are not allowed to:
-Resell the copyrighted artwork.
-Taking the credit of the drawing.
-altering/editing the drawing without my consent.
-The purchase of the commercial rights to the artwork will be 150% of the original price.
-With the commercial rights, the client are allowed to:
-Make a merch out of it and to promote your brand.
-Make money out of it. (Credit to me/artist is required even if the artwork has been altered.)

VI. Cancel/Refund
-The client have no rights to cancel or request a refund after the commission has been started.
-I will only give refund if i fail to do your commission due to many factors such as: Health problems, School, Family problems. I will immediately update you if these things occur.
-I have every right to the money you pay to me.
