All artwork will be done to client specifications. Any custom graphics obtained from image houses will be paid for by the client.

Art requests may be turned down by the artist if the content is deemed inappropriate.

The project does not include an unlimited number of revisions. You ultimately need to be satisfied, as the client, with the final look of the project. But this requires good communication from the client and the artist. I will limit the revisions to minor changes, not complete do-overs. This is why communication is key. I will include two rounds of adjustments with the original payment. After that, costs for further revision will be negotiated.

Until payment has been completed, the art still belongs to the artist. Upon payment, the art belongs to the client and can be distributed as they so choose.

In the event of a cancellation, all artwork ownership is returned to artist.

All artwork will be kept confidential between the artist and client unless otherwise stated.
