By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
Please read this entirely and carefully. I will deny your request if I see you didn’t read this.

General Information

You are only purchasing the digital file.
You may ask for a WIP at any point.
I will post a watermarked smaller version on DA/FA/Tumblr/ect and note/email you the full resolution version in stash/the email.
Make sure you save onto your computer or portable device. My stash/computer gets cleaned out often.
State if you'd like to use the art for commercial purposes. This makes the price higher.
I reserve the rights to edit prices as need be (discounts or raising the price).
I reserve the rights to cancel your commission if I feel i cannot complete it. Refunds will be given in that case.
You as well have the right to cancel your commission. Your refund will depend on that point on how far along I have gotten, and you will receive any progress work.
By purchasing any of my services you are automatically accepting my Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them. This also means that you are promising you will not request any payback.

Copyright/Usage Policy

As the artist I hold the rights to the finished artwork so I may use it in anyway I please. This means I may post the artwork (with proper credit as owner of the character(s)) anywhere I want and i may use it to promote myself in any place.
As the commissioner you may re-post the artwork to other sites with proper credit to myself, print the art for your personal use, and use it to decorate your personal accounts. Once again, you CANNOT profit off of my work.
You are NOT ALLOWED to change, modify or use my works without my permission, make money off of my artwork in any way, take credit for the art, or remove any watermarks/signatures.
I may or may not be okay with not posting the finished image if you'd prefer I not post it anywhere. I'd probably ask you why, however.
For Adopt designs or commissioned designs. You are not allowed to sell them for more than you paid for them unless there is additional PAID FOR art (Aka commissions or art trades) or if you have made many changes to the original design. Not requests. If you are found doing so, I will block you from ever buying from me again.

Payment Process

Paypal and deviantART points only.
You must pay in full up front unless you are buying a bulk amount, then we can discuss options.
Paypal payments must be USD (US Dollar). Use a converter to figure out the price in your own currency.
I use invoice
Do not send payment until I've confirmed. I use the widget for dA points.
For auctions, do not retract your bid or you may be blocked from further purchases. Same goes for Hatchables. If it is for an emergency, and not often, I’m more lenient.

Work Speed

I try to finish art as soon as is possible for me. I do have a life so I cannot give you an exact time but I tend to make sure I finish commissions with a 3 month max waiting time (in the case I'm very busy) or by the time I give you if I know I can finish it sooner.
I will let you know if there will be delays

Changes

The opportune time to change things is during my sketching phase. This will require you to note me when you'd like a WIP or else I will plug along at my own pace.
Minor edits can be done to line art or in the form of colour adjustment or adding small details at the very end.
Large changes will cost a fee if it requires me to redraw a lot of things (after the Lining phase)
Make sure you give me good information and references or else what you see is what you get.

Refunds

100% refund available if I have yet to start
Any refund after I’ve started will be decided by me.
No refunds if you don't provide reference images. It will be what I can make based on the description.
Pay reversals and chargebacks are NOT allowed.
• If for some reason your PayPal account is not working, or authorizes a refund request without you knowing somehow, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
• Issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you, your email address, and anyone sharing your paypal account, including side accounts. Absolutely do not ever issue a chargeback to my paypal. Doing so can compromise all of my family's finances, my paypal, my bank account, the failure of automatic bill payments, ect. Please try to be considerate and contact me before issuing a chargeback!

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
