He reserves the right to drop out of a commission at any time, but I will provide a full refund.
He will never post a commission, or a commissioner's information without the commissioner's expressed permission.
Subjects and themes of illustrations are negotiable, so feel free to contact him with questions. The worst he can do is say "no."
He will work to get your commissions done in a timely manner.
Commissions are done in batches and slots. If you feel your commission is worth special consideration (more money) please feel free to contact him.
