• Absolutely NO REFUND.

:• Our working days are Monday to Friday. All pages and revisions will be delivered during those days. Though, any messages or replies will be sent as soon as possible.

• The revisions are limited to two times only. First, after the clean sketch has been done and second, after the page has been fully toned or colored and lettered.

• The payment is expected to be sent max. 3 days after drafts have been approved. If the payment has been received in 3 days, we're going to blacklist the client.

• Regular communication is required if you're commissioning us, especially if you're commissioning in long term. If there is no contact from clients in 2 weeks without any notice, we're going to drop the project.

• The maximum number of notifications to hold the project is three times, if it's more than three times, we're going to automatically drop the project.

• If you're currently holding the project and the project won't be started again in two weeks or there is no certain date of when will the project be started again, we're going to automatically drop the project.

• If there is no contact from clients in 2 weeks without any notice and there is still page(s) that hasn't been paid, we're going to blacklist the client.
