By purchasing my services you agree to the following rules.
Please make sure to read through everything.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me ahead of time.
Payment and waiting list: Subject to change if discussed with me beforehand
1. Payment must be made in USD via Paypal (invoice will be sent out) - unless otherwise discussed
2. Payment must be made upfront, in full.
3. Cancellations - Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis: if no work was done, a full refund would be returned; if partial work is completed, partial refund will be returned.
4. If I can’t start working on your commission immediately, you will be put in the Waiting list. Customers listed in the waiting list don’t receive an invoice until the list before them is cleared.
5. Customers can request being removed from the waiting list if they reconsider commissioning me.
Process: Please contact me via DM or Email
1. This is not a first-come, first-serve basis.
2. A customer must provide clear information on the type of commissions they want, as well as include visual references of the character.
3. Inspirational images (such as photos of models, clothes, or images of characters that are not your own) are not considered to be a proper visual reference.
4. I leave the right to decline your commission if I don’t feel comfortable with its content.
5. After the payment is received, I ensure to provide a rough sketch in no longer than 3 days, and complete work in no longer than 2 weeks (unless I’m facing some unforeseen technical problems that I will keep you updated on).
6. After you’ve approved the final line art, no major changes will be done to a commission. Make sure to let me know if you want anything to be changed before I started lining or coloring the piece.
Copyright and credit:
1. I leave the right to use all commissioned pieces for promotional purposes (e.g. include them in my portfolio or post it on social websites) unless requested otherwise.
2. I leave the right not to post your commission if I decide that it’s content does not suit my portfolio.
3. A customer may post the commissioned work on their social pages/websites giving me, the artist, proper credit.
4. A customer can perform minor edits to the finished piece (cropping, hue/saturation and etc), but can’t claim to be the artist behind the artwork.
5. Commissioned work done by me is intended for personal use only. If you intend to use the commission for commercial use, it will be performed under different conditions.
