[ Terms of Service ]

Personal:

• Please DO NOT try to befriend me during the process of your comm, I appreciate you want to be friends with me but it feels kinda uneasy to be friends with someone just because they are clients, so please try to keep the atmosphere as professional as you can :'') friendship is not something you can just ask for;;;; If we are meant to be friends it will come out naturally! 
• Please don't push me into completing your comms, I organize myself in my own ways and I will get to your comm eventually. Pushing me will just make me lost my interest in your comm and end up finishing it in a longer time lol
• If you have any question please say it directly, don't try to small talk with me before asking for your comm status or anything like that, you should be polite but please get to the point;;;
• Please DO NOT try to guilt trip me into finishing your comms first, I have a list I have to follow and doing that will just make me feel uneasy.
• Please don't ask for possible trades/collabs/requests during the process of your comm, you can do it after or before but please not during! Mainly because I'll get lost in the ocean of notes I have an will be hard to find the notes/comments with your refs;;; You are more than welcome to do it after IF I'm open!
• If we are friends or mutuals and you know I like your art, please don't offer art as payment for a commission, I will be more than happy to art trade with you later!! But please don't offer during commission times unless I contacted you first or is 0% commission related ; ;

Requesting a slot:

• You can only request a slot during a Commission opening. Please don't request slots by notes or outside of Commission opening times. Only request a slot by note if I tell you to do so.
• A specific form will be given for completion, if the form isn't properly filled I won't accept your request (please check the specific commission journal of the month for form filling specifications).
• I DO NOT accept written descriptions or moodboards. This would count as a Custom Adoptable in my view and would be priced differently (plus most of the time I'm not open for customs)
• If I don't accept your request please don't feel bad! That doesn't mean I don't like your character, it only means I didn't feel like drawing your character in that moment so you can try again next commission opening if you want! 
• Please don't try to guilt trip me into accepting your request, this might not get you blacklisted but is very uncomfortable;;
• If you happen to request something "weird""" I will tell you so, if you keep requesting the same weird thing over and over again I will blacklist and block you.
• Please don't request characters that aren't yours without prior consent! (applies if it's a NSFW piece or something that general public might find uncomfortable, if it's just the character standing or doing a pose it'll be fine!!)

Procedure: Once I've accepted your request I'll follow the steps listed below until the completion of your commission:

• Once accepted, I'll send a PayPal invoice listing the commissioned products + the PayPal fee (5.4% aprox as I live in Perú). You have 48 hours to pay the full price of your commission.
• After you've paid for your comm, I'll add you to my personal to-do-list and start working in "paid first" order.
• In a couple of days you might receive the first sketch of your comms for approval. If there is something I have to change PLEASE TELL ME SO, such as bigger breasts, smaller hands, bigger nose, etc. I will NOT re-draw the image completely, if you wanted something specific you are encouraged to detail it during the requesting process.
• I'll show you a WIP after the completion of each stage: Sketching > Lineart > Base colors (you are able to request any color alteration during the base colors stage)
• In addition, if you attend my Picarto Streams and see me working on your comm you can ask for minor edits during the any stage of the process.
• Once the Shading is done, I'll send you a un-watermarked copy of your commission by note and will submit a watermarked version to my deviantART gallery and any other page I decide to. If you do not want me to do so, PLEASE state it first stages since I will upload the work almost immediately after finishing it.
• After the piece is finished I cannot make any kind of edits in it (such as color edits, since all the layers have already been merged for the PS editing process), so please be very specific if you need any change during the whole process!!!!

[WHAT I DRAW AND WHAT I DON'T DRAW] Please refrain from requesting anything that is listed as NO! 

Also please keep in mind anything extra will have a fee! I do not charge extra for detailed characters but I do for things like weapons, animal companions, etc!

When in doubt of anything I'm willing to draw or note please ask me BEFORE filling out a form!!!

I’m willing to draw:

• Original characters
• Fan characters
• Fanart
• Kpop idols (mostly BTS, EXO, Got7, 17)
• Any kind of couples
• Pokemon
• Smal chibi-like animals, animal companions
• Mild gore/guro
• NSFW (i’m ok with most kinks)
• Furry
• Small weapons

I won’t do:

• OC x Canon, srsly don't
• Realistic animals/monsters
• Mecha
• Extreme gore (I can draw some innards but not like a head cut in half or brains lololololol)
• Complex backgrounds
• Big prompts (such as a wheelchair or smt like that)
• Offensive imagery, anything that implies something racist, homophobic, fatphobic, etc.
