GENERAL
- Prices are subject to change based on demand.
- I have the right to reject any order for any reason. (such as illustration with hate content or any harmful message in it)
- I have the right to reject an order that is asking me to follow someone else's art style.
- I will not accept rush orders even if you offer extra fee, my current state doesn't allow me to rush projects. This can change in the future.
PAYMENTS
Please refer to VGen's payment policy.

REVISIONS
- You get 2 rounds of revisions:

a. 1st round: Sketch stage. Since it is still the sketching part, you may
do as many revisions as you like. Pose, expressions, details, anything. I will
not do any major drawing revisions after the sketch. (e.g. we've agreed upon
a sketch, I continued with the drawing, and then when I update you with a
WIP, you are only allowed to change minor details like "bigger eyes, move
the mouth up, or something similar ..") not something like "can you change
the whole outfit?" or "can you change the pose of the legs?".

b. 2nd round: Base colors. You may do major base color revisions
here. The shadings and lightings will follow based on the base colors we agreed upon.

• If you wish to have unlimited amount of revisions where you can have
  an input every time I update you with WIPs, I will charge you an extra fee of
  +50% of the base price. (e.g. Base price $35 + extra revision $17.5= total $52.5)

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 3 months
depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other works/waitlist. (But note everything will be communicated)
- You will receive updates of WIPs every time I draw so you can check and see the process along the way.
- Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.

USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
A. I, (the artist):

• retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
• will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)
• reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications (both WIPs, recordings and/or finished product)

B. You, (customer/commissioner):
- may upload the commissioned work to your social medias or any website.
- may NOT make profits from the commissioned work, such as; reselling,
redistributing, or making prints for selling (unless we have agreed upon commercial use):
a. commercial use fee (streaming, content use): +$25 b. commercial use fee (printed, merch, ads): +$50

• may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
• retain the rights to the intellectual property.
• may NOT claim the artwork as your own.

REFUNDS
- please refer to artistsnclients' cancellation and refund policy in any case I'm unable to work on the project or for any other reason.

COMMUNICATION
- All communications will be done on this (VGen) platform, if there are any problems or you prefer to communicate some place else and you only want to use VGen for purchases, please contact me through one of these accounts:
