General Terms
Please be respectful of boundaries and do not rush me to do the art. At the most, my art will take about a month to complete so be patient.
Type neatly when you message me. This will help me to understand what your needs and your standards are. I will do my best to reach your ideal image.
Any disrespectful messages or non payment will lead me to canceling the commission. Not following ToS on my page will also lead to canceling the commission.

Payment
I will have a document typed up neatly for you to look at! It has all of my payment information on it!

I accept PayPal and also CashApp.

Process
After messaging me to do a commission, I will show you a document that I have prepared beforehand to let you know how my payment works! If you are more than happy to give me a commission, then I will give you a time span of how long I think it will take and give frequent updates to how your drawing is coming out. You must, and I repeat, you must PLEASE tell me what you would like me to change in the drawing during those times! I want your commission to look fantastic.

If you want me to change when I have finished the art then there will be an extra charge.

Copyright/Usage Policy
As the artist, I hold the right to every drawing that has been produced by me. Not the Commissioner. Meaning: I am allowed to post that art on my social media to promote myself. I am allowed to post my art as I please. I am allowed to use the art however I want.

As the commissioner, you are allowed to print the artwork and claim your characters but not the drawing itself. You are allowed to promote yourself with the art given, so long as you credit me.

what is considered copyright infringement?
Taking the watermark/signature off.
Claiming the art as your own.
Altering the art without artist consent.
Making money from the artwork in anyway.

A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.

Canceling/Refunding
I have the right to cancel the payment and refund the money back to you whenever I deem it necessary.

If you file chargeback against me, I have the right to retract all artwork ever made to you. I also have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to any other buyers.
