Payment: Upon receipt of your commission, I will give you my answer, which will include my acceptance/rejection, and a quote, as applicable. I can decline any commission without stating the reason. Then, If you are okay with the price I give you, write me back, and I will send you an invoice.
Payment must be made within 48 hours, and you have to let me know if you would like to pay the full price upfront (I will send you high resolution progress shots) or make a 50% deposit (low resolution progress shots, and I will send you the high resolution final product after receiving full payment).
Note that you can also commission me on fiverr, but the prices are higher, as fiverr takes a 20% of my earnings.
Refund policy: If I'm just in the sketching phase, and the commissioner wishes to cancel the commission, the following rules apply: If you made full payment upfront: only 50% will be refunded; if you made a 50% deposit, I won't give you any refund. If I'm already in the coloring/shading phase, and you wish to cancel the commission, no refund will be given.
Complexity fees: There will be an extra charge if the pose, composition, background or character design is complex.
Solid and transparent (.png) backgrounds, are free. You should tell me in your form whether you would like one of these, which don't have any extra charges, or a complex background, which can be more expensive.
Other fees: Each additional character will cost at 50% off the sale price. Deadlines also have an extra fee.
Delivery time: I will make my commissions in the order they are paid for, but some simple commissions, peach style or pastel sketch, can be faster to make.
In general, it will take from 1 to 4 weeks to complete a commission. (I can guarantee that you will receive your commission within 1 month).
If you have a deadline, please indicate so when filling out the commission form; I can give you priority for an additional fee.

Art usage: The final product will be sent through email. You are free to upload it to your social media, use it as your profile picture, etc. but please credit me and retain my watermark.
If you do not want me to upload your commission to my social media, please say so when filling out the form (this applies only to social media; I may use your commission as a commission sample, in my portfolio, etc.).
Commissions are not for commercial use, only personal use.
Dimensions: When filling out the commission form, please tell me if you would like it to be an A4 350dpi (horizontal or vertical) or a square (3700×3700px). If no information is provided, I will do what seems best to me.
Edits: You should let me know if something isn't of your liking right after receiving my sketch. Once I start coloring, I won't accept any edits, unless it is a change in the color palette, or if I drew something wrong. Note that the edits must not make the composition / pose / background / design any more complex; if this occurs, an additional charge must be paid.
