I reserve the right to change my Terms of Service at any point in time and without warning.

General Terms:

1. Should a situation arise where I have to push back a deadline, I will contact you (the client) and discuss current progress and how to proceed.
2. To ensure that the work is up to the client's standard, I will contact you (the client) several times during the creative process. Please respond in a timely fashion, or work may be delayed.
3. Commissions can be done digitally or traditionally. Be aware that the finished results will vary between traditional and digital art.
4. I do not accept web based currency in exchange for services.
5. Payment will be received half up front, and half upon completion.
6. I keep a record of time spent on commissions, and charge an hourly fee of $5 an hour in addition to base price.
7. I am willing to draw anything within reason, and reserve my right to decline a commission.
8. I reserve the right to display commissioned artworks in a portfolio.
