These Are The Official FellaSteamz Artwork Commission Terms Of Service
These TOS exist to ensure the artist's safety along with the client's safety, so with this being said, both the artist and client are required to follow these rules and terms, and if these terms of service are not followed, then you will be blacklisted and you will not be able to get or own any of my artwork, characters, adopts, and designs of mine, so please read these TOS carefully.

As The Artist...
I have the right to reject and accept any commission under any circumstances.
I have the right to cancel the commission under any circumstances.
I am required to keep communication up with the client at all times.
I am required to make sure that the client is completely satisfied with their purchase and piece.
I am required to send the client progress updates and to make sure that they get what they're asking for.
I have the right to take back a character, adopt, or custom character design if the TOS Rules have been broken.
I have the right to take back any commercial-based content if the TOS Rules have been broken.
As The Client...
You have the right to cancel the commission before an approved clean sketch is made.
You have the right to change and or adjust anything if its needed (Note: You Have 3 Free Adjustment Attempts Till It'll Cost $5 Extra Per Adjustment).
You have the right to send payment either before a sketch is produced, or after an approved
clean sketch is made and approved.
You are required to keep communication up with the artist at all times.
You are required to be clear, honest, and straight forward when it comes to what you desire.
You are required to approve or disapprove the sketch when it is produced.
You are required to give me the necessary references, character sheets, etc. for your commission, especially if it's specific.

FellaSteamz Official Rules
1) Please don't haggle with me in attempt to make the prices lower.
2) Please don't ask me for any form of free artwork.
3) Please don't try and bribe me when it comes to me making artwork for you.
4) Please note that I will not consider "exposure" or any type of social media following as payment.. As I have bills to pay myself and I can't rely on that.
5) Please don't try and cancel the payment right after I start doing linework, not only will that get you blacklisted, but that'll waste my time.
6) When it comes to my auction slots or commission slots, please respond within 24/48 hours, if you don't respond or claim anything within that time period, then your slot will be given to someone else.
7) Please send the payment either before a the sketch is produced, or after you approve of the clean sketch. I will not continue the sketch till the payment is received.
8) When it comes to my adopts, characters, or custom designs, please respect the rules that you're provided with, cause if I find out that those rules are broken, then I have the right to re-claim that character, and then you'll be blacklisted and prevented from owning any of my designs or characters.
9) Please respect my boundaries and if i'm not comfortable with doing something, then please respect my wishes. If you refuse to do so, then you will be blacklisted and you will be blocked.
10) Please be patient with me and don't try and rush me unless you need the piece on a specific date and time. (Note: If You Need Your Commission At A Specific Time, Then It Will Cost You $10 Extra, And I Will Need A Specific Date).
11) If you don't like my prices or rules, then please don't commission me and don't contact me just only so you can complain to me about it, as I have my prices up and set up for a specific reason. My artwork takes up a lot of time, so the money helps me out, which it helps me upgrade my digital art supplies, and helps me pays my bills.
12) If you're interested in purchasing an adopt, character, or custom character slot, then that will have its own TOS that you will have to read, at it protects me as the creator of the design, and you as the owner of the design.
