GENERAL TERMS

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request without disclosing the reason.

The Client is granted a license to reproduce the commissioned artwork solely for the purpose agreed upon (as personal commission or commercial-purpose commission). Any outside use of that which been agreed is not permitted.

    do not claim my artwork, remove credit, or use it for monetary gain unless commercial rights have been purchased.

    commissions for commercial purposes need to be stated upfront prior to the start of work.

I retain my rights as artist to publish the commissioned artworks in my portfolio, social media, and website or use the art to promote my services.

    I can postpone posting progress or finished work in social media, but not indefinitely. If you want to use the commissioned artwork for publication or debut and maintain secrecy, please let me know. May incur privacy fee.

I DO NOT allow any usage of my artworks, documentation, or any other materials provided to be used in whole or in part in relation to non-fungible tokens ('NFT(s)') by or for any means, including but not limited to the creation, production, publishing marketing, sale, or anything else relating to NFTs.

I DO NOT allow any usage of my artworks, documentation, or any other materials provided to be used in whole or in part in relation to artificial intelligence, neural networks, or other machine learning or derived technology (AI), or any database that is accessed by AI.

    Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this as an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and the client will be charged as such.

COMMISSION PROCESS:

Client should provide necessary details about the commissions they wanted (descriptions, concept, reference image, etc)

After the details has been discussed, I will send the detailed pricing to be accepted first before proceeding to first sketch.

All price listed is in US Dollar.

Client will receive update on their commission and allowed revisions on different stages: 2 (two) on sketch, 2 (two) on base color, and 1 (one) minimal revision on final. Any more revisions will incur additional fees.

Once started, commission will be delivered 1 weeks up to 2 month. Time may change depending on the request / queue that I have. I will communicate if any delay happens and hope that we can work it out together.

Client will only receive full-resolution digital files of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to the Client's home adress.
