COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold all rights to the produced drawing.

This includes:

• Promotional purposes on social media.
• Publishing and printing.

The commissioner is allowed to:

• Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use UNLESS purchased with commercial rights.

• Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

• Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork for money making purposes.

• Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

• Removing any watermarks/signatures and altering the artwork without the artist's consent to claim as their own.

Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of agreed original price.

Commercial rights include:

• Reproducing artwork for monetary and promotional purposes.

• Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
