01 | Payment
- The payment can be make either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after final artwork sent with a protective watermark. After paid, the artwork will be sent without the protective watermark.
- Prices can change depending on revisions and complexity

02 | Process and delivery
- The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 1 month depending on the piece and other works.
- I will try to keep you updated, but please be patient. If there are any unforeseen events that affect the delivery time you will be notified.
- Delays in the briefing or materials needed to start or continue the work can affect the delivery time, prolonging it.
- If you aren't 100% satisfied with the finished piece and want to change/add something, please be considerate when I charge extra for big revisions, big revisions take time.

03 | Copyright and usage

• If you want to use the work for commercial purposes, we will discuss a extra charge for the rights to do it and a agreement on the copyright & usage.

• The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.

04 | Cancellation & Refund policy
- The amount corresponding to the initial 50% will not be returned, as it refers to the production of drafts and research.
- The customer is only entitled to a full refund if I have not started or if for some reason he cannot start the commission.

! Attention !
The final piece is a digital product, usually in .PNG or .JPEG format, in 300 dpi, with dimensions chosen by the customer or, if not informed, chosen by me.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.
