About the Commission Process
Please send a clear description of what you’d like, including any references or specific details.

Once I understand what you need, I’ll confirm the price and give you an estimated turnaround time.

I’ll usually send a sketch or rough draft for you to review before continuing.

I’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and you’re always welcome to ask questions.

Payment
Payment is made through [PayPal / bank transfer / other method you use].

I usually request full payment upfront, or after the sketch is approved. We can agree on what works best before starting.

I don’t offer refunds unless I cancel the commission myself.

Revisions
Small changes are totally fine during the sketch stage. You’ll get up to [e.g., 2] free revisions.

Major changes after the final version is done may require an additional fee.

Please make sure to mention anything important early in the process to avoid extra costs.

Copyright and Usage
I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork.

You’re welcome to use the art for personal purposes (like profile pictures, printing for yourself, or posting online with credit).

You may not claim the work as your own, remove my signature, or edit it without permission.

Commercial use is not allowed unless we’ve discussed and agreed on it beforehand.

Posting and Privacy
I may share the finished piece on my portfolio or social media, unless you let me know in advance that you’d prefer to keep it private.

What I Don’t Draw
Content that promotes hate, discrimination, or illegal activity.

Excessive gore or violence.

NSFW content [if this applies — or clarify what’s allowed if applicable].

Communication and Disputes
If any issues come up, please reach out to me directly. I’m always open to resolving things kindly and respectfully.

If we can’t resolve something directly, we’ll refer to the platform’s rules (if you’re using one) or find another fair solution.
