Torobikko's Terms of Service

GENERAL
- You are NOT allowed to use my art to make AI generated art or NFTs.
- Can't do mecha, hardcore gore, or very detailed armor.


PAYMENTS
- Payment must be paid upfront after the client has confirmed a sketch.



REVISIONS
- 1 - 2 revisions are allowed major revisions after the sketch phase will be charged.
No revision are allow


DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Work completion requires 2 weeks minimum, and may take up to a month or more depending on how complex the illustration.


USE
- This commision is for personal use only. If you want to use it for commercial use, there will be an additional 150%+ of the price.
- This commision CANNOT be used for any AI, AI training, or NFTs.


REFUNDS
- Refunds can be issued at any point before the final product is given to the client.
