Subject Matter:
Artist reserves the right to reject commission requests for any reason.

Usage and Rights:
*Artist retains all rights to the artwork. The work may be displayed in artists’ portfolio and personal pages as an example of commissioned work. Artist claims no ownership of the characters depicted within the commissioned works; characters belong to their respective creators or copyright holders.
*Client may use artwork for any non commercial purposes they wish: display artwork on webpages, have the piece printed it out, apply it to personal items etc. Artwork is not to be used for commercially available products or sales purposes.
