1. When you give me the chara references, I will do the sketch first and please pay at that time. This will avoid unwanted things such as commissioning without paying or when you pay but I don't do the commission.

2. Please set the deadline at least 1 week--or if I have much spare time, I'll tell that I can draw within ... days.

3. You may ask me the drawing progress several times per-week or day. This can speed up my drawing progress and help me to be more active at drawing.

4. When I finished the artwork, I'll give you a non high quality image of it and ask for some revisions if you want to. I'll send the 100% finished ver via email.
