First off, thanks so much for considering to commission me! These are my Terms of Service! They're here to protect both me and my clients from confusing communication and other issues such as copyright infringement. ✿
I'll also go over my process and what I'm able to do. ✿
The Process
I won't start a commission until a full payment has been made but rest assured I send lots of (watermarked) WIP images!
Stage 1: Sketch/Lineart
This is the very basic, rough lineart stage, with no color or shading. This is provided so that the Client can approve of the pose and other elements within the picture. The Artist will provide 3 loose sketches from which the Client can choose. After that the Artist will provide a refined version of the chosen thumbnail. ✿ see "Revisions"
Stage 2: Color
At this stage the Client will be able to choose 1 of 3 color schemes - the first being the original and the last 2 being alternative choices. ✿
Stage 3: Shading
The final stage will use the color scheme the Client chooses in Stage 2 Here, the Artist will apply the shading and a bloom effect. No major changes will be made during this stage. The finished product would be a JPEG and a PNG image in 2000x2000 dpi, however the Client can specify another type of high resolution file if they choose. ✿
Days Off: Saturdays and Sundays
Revisions
Clients will have the opportunity to direct alterations of their commission in the thumbnail sketch stage. The Artist will provide 3 loose sketches during Stage 1 from which the Client can choose. After that, the Artist will provide a refined version of the chosen thumbnail. No more than 3 thumbnail revisions (or equal in terms of small alterations) will be made unless the Client wishes to pay for extra for new thumbnails. ✿
