//TERMS AND CONDITIONS//

1. I reserve the right to post my work to galleries and portfolios, but if you want me to keep a commission private please ask! I am flexible. :)

2. By commissioning me, if you ask me to draw characters that do not belong to you I presume that you have permission to commission them! I am not responsible for any ownership conflicts of characters.

3. I retain all rights to my art. This means you can use it in websites, layouts, banners, signatures, etc. but you cannot claim the art as your own.

//PAYMENT//

1. Paypal only!

2. My currency is SGD (Singaporean Dollars).

3. At least half of the payment must be paid upfront.

//REFUND POLICY//

1. If I cancel the commission you receive a full refund.

2. If you cancel the commission after I have started on the inks, I will only refund half.

//PROCESS//

1. I prefer visual reference sheets and a personality description for optimum results.

2. If I make mistakes, please do not hesitate to ask me to change them! I will fix them for free.

3. I will send you a progress shot of the sketch before I begin inking.

4. If your character(s) have complex designs I may take longer to finish than normal.

5. If you have any additional questions, please don't be afraid to ask! I will get back to you ASAP.
