Refunds are on a case-by-case basis and will be determined based on level of work completed and the specific situation.

You agree to be a fair and patient customer and to accept the final product once all revisions and changes are met to your liking. Unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon, I retain copyrights to the work and may display the work as I see fit for example purposes. I also retain the rights to reproduce it for commercial purposes as necessary with approved consent from the customer. The customer does not retain the right to edit or re-sell the final product unless a formal agreement is reached to that end.
