Procedure
1. Read my Terms of Service first. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
2. Contact me for the commission. Please do not forget any important details, as I sometimes start with your commission immediately if given the time.
3. After you sent me a message with your commission request and I accepted it, I will send you a rough sketch of your commission.
4. Please give feedback as soon as possible. I am willing to change and edit the sketch to your liking.
5. After correcting the sketch to your liking, I will ask for your Paypal email, so that I can send you an invoice.
6. After the money has been received, I will start to work on your commission. For WIPs (Work in Progresses) and to check on my process, please visit my To-Do List.
7. If during the process something needs to be changed, tell me as soon as possible so I may correct it. This excludes heavy changes (complete changing of background, pose, etc.)
8. Completed artwork will be uploaded to my Deviantart, Fur Affinity, Twitter, Instagram, and Artstation. The full resolution file will be sent through sta.sh, Google Drive, One Drive or per email.
9. You will be sent a watermarked version and a non-watermarked version. If you decide to upload the commission, please use the watermarked one only!
10. For safety reasons, I will save screenshots of our conversations and save them for around 6 months. If you do not want that, please refrain from commissioning me.
Payment
1. Paypal (USD dollar) only, Paypal Invoices only.
2. If you are under 18, make sure your parents or guardians allow you to commission me.
3. I will invoice you when payment is required to continue your commission. I will not continue further if payment is not sent.
4. Payment must be sent through in 5 days after the invoice has been sent. If the money has not been sent by then, I will cancel your commission
4.1 If, for some reason, you choose to give me your Paypal address later, please do so in 3 days. If you ignore my messages or refuse to give me your Paypal address for invoicing, I will see myself forced to cancel your commission.
5. If you can't pay right away, I can put a slot on hold for you.
6. Every extra character will add up 50% of the original price (or following price table).
Refunds
1. I am willing to refund you if things go sour.
2. Please note that I will refund you in percentage steps: 100% refund if not started or if it's in sketching phase, 70% if in lining phase, 50% if in coloring phase, 30% if in background painting phase, 10% if in shading phase, 0% if finished.
2.1 Please remember that shading is the very last step of drawing for me, after shading is completed, the commission is finished and no refund can be given as the transaction is completed. If you are unsure of your progress, please check my To-Do List.
3. 100% refunds are only possible if I haven't started to work* on your commission yet and if no progress has been made, or if I cancel your commission.
*Sketches don't count as I take payment after a sketch has been sent. "Started working" = I have started working further on the commission, examples: lining, coloring, etc. 100% Refunds are only possible if the process is still stuck in the sketch phase and I haven't started lining.
Chargebacks
1. If anything went wrong with your Paypal account, please contact me immediately.
2. Do not file inappropriate* chargebacks against me. If there is any problem with the commission, contact me immediately and we will sort it out.
2.1. If done anyway, your account, email, as well as side accounts will get blacklisted.
*Meaning not telling me you want a refund/ no notifying of anything/ filing a dispute even though the commission has been finished/ etc. I am willing to communicate with you about a refund, no problem.
On Holds
1. I will put your slot on hold if needed for any reason. For example if you can't pay right away.
2. I will hold your slot for a maximum of 2 weeks.
2.1 I will remove you from my On Hold list if 2 weeks have passed.
Cancellation
1. The customer may cancel the commission at any time if they contact me.
2. If the customer has not responded to any messages (sketches sent for review, etc.) without any given reason, the commission will be canceled. A time limit of 1 month is given until a reminder message will be sent. Has the customer still not responded 5 days after the reminder has been sent, the commission will be canceled without further warning.
2.1. The given money will then be treated as a donation/gift.
3. I have the right to cancel the commission at any given time for whatever reason. A full refund will be sent to the customer after notifying them.
4. If the commission has been cancelled before money has been sent through (and after a sketch has been delivered), the client may not use the sketch as they haven't paid for it.
4.1 I'm allowed to re-use unpaid sketches for personal art, YCHs or future commissions.
5. If the client cancelled in a refundable phase (lining, coloring, shading, etc), they may keep the unfinished work for themselves, as they paid part of the commission.
5.1 The client may also look for a different artist to complete the artwork or complete the artwork themselves.
Private Commissions
1. If you don't want your work to be uploaded anywhere on my social media, please tell me beforehand.
2. I will charge a 15% additional privacy-fee on top of the commission price for not uploading the art online.
2.1 Same will apply when it is asked of me to remove the artwork from my social media after it has been uploaded.

1.1. If I am not able to do so (school, work, etc.), I will tell you immediately.
2. Deadlines may only contain a minimum of 3 days, depending on type.
3. Artwork without deadlines will also be completed in a short amount of time. Usually around 6 days up to a month.

3. You retain the rights to your design, species, character, etc.
