Terms and Conditions

You As the Commissioner
1. May upload work done for you anywhere with credit to me.
2. May cancel your commission at any time and a partial refund for work not done will be given. Refund amount will be decided by me. A full refund will be given if I have not started.
3. May edit my work without permission as long as credit for the drawing is still given to me (excepting removal of signature).
4. May not reproduce the image on merchandise or make prints of my work for selling it. Merchandise or prints created for personal use is allowed.
As the Artist
1. I retain all copyright to my work, even if the characters contained in the image are not my own. I retain the right to distribute, reproduce and copy as I see fit for sales or self-promotion.
2. I reserve the right to cancel at any time without explanation.
a. A full refund will be issued, and I will retain all rights to the work, if any, that has been completed. The commissioner does not reserve the right to post, use, or edit any work that has been completed.
b. I’ll only cancel if a commissioner is being excessively rude, beyond reasonable, or if I have a life emergency.
Pricing
1. I reserve the right to change my prices and charge extra for complicated characters. What I consider "complicated" is at my discretion.
2. Prices for extra characters cover up to five total characters.
Payment
1. Partial payment is due in full up front.
2. Partial payment will be half of total price for work.
3. The commission is not accepted until at least partial payment has been sent and may be dropped if the commissioner fails to respond within 72 hours.
Other Info
1. Process will go as follows:
a. You send me a commission request with all necessary information to the project (character designs and/or references, for design and posing requests, description of personality, etc.)
b. Once approved, partial payment is due. Once received I will start the commission. I will send you a proof of line art once completed to discuss any alterations (if requested I can send a Sketch first but my sketches are pretty rough and messy.) Once approved I’ll move to the next step
c. After I will do base color and send a proof to discuss alterations. Once approved (and any changes are made) I will move on to final coloring.
d. I will send the final artwork (and line art if requested) to you over email (or mailed if physical medium which has an extra charge of $10 to cover shipping costs etc.)
2. I reserve the right to accept or deny request at anytime for any reason.
3. I will not draw the following:
a. Animals/furries (beast men and nekomimi are okay)
b. Graphically sexual or nudity (underwear is a must at the very least)
c. Beefy characters
d. Super hardcore gore and violence (some is okay, we can discuss further if necessary)
4. I am open to art trades, most of the aforementioned terms will apply. Message me for details if interested.
