GENERAL
- Please provide a brief but detailed description along with any necessary references.
- Some additional requests or complex designs may incur an extra fee.
- I may decline commission requests if they make me uncomfortable or exceed my skill level.

PAYMENTS AND USAGE
- The client is not allowed to use AI-related services, resell, or license the artwork as an NFT, cryptocurrency, or any other blockchain-related asset.
- The commissioned work is for personal use only unless the commercial rate is paid.
- I may use the commissioned artwork in my portfolio and on social media.

DEADLINE AND REVISIONS
- Major revisions (such as significant concept or style changes) may cost additional fees and cause delays.
- Complex designs or unforeseen circumstances may delay the delivery time.
- The finished artwork will be delivered in JPG and PNG formats within the respective timeframe.
- Files can be sent via email or Google Drive.

REFUNDS
- Once the work has started and payment is completed, the commission cannot be canceled.
- Due to the custom nature of commissions, refunds are not available.
