Introduction:
This document constitutes the terms of service (hereinafter "Agreement") between Dávid Roland Kornél, hereinafter referred to as the "Freelance Artist", and the Client, regarding the provision of freelance artistic services.

Services:
The Freelance Artist shall provide the Client with the agreed upon artistic services, as described in the project proposal. The Freelance Artist shall use commercially reasonable efforts to perform the services in a professional and timely manner.

Payment Terms:
The Client shall pay 50% of the total project fee as a non-refundable deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project. All payments shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in the project proposal.

Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this Agreement.

Confidentiality:
The Freelance Artist shall maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information disclosed by the Client, and shall not disclose such information to any third party except as required by law.

Intellectual Property:
The Freelance Artist retains all rights to the artistic works created during the course of this Agreement, except as otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon payment in full of all fees due, the Client shall have the right to use the artistic works in accordance with the project proposal.

Disclaimer:
The Freelance Artist makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided in connection with the services, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of such information.

Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Freelance Artist's jurisdiction.
