Terms of Service
1. Order Process
You can place an order by sending me a direct message. Please provide all necessary details regarding your request to ensure smooth communication and a clear understanding of your vision.
2. Revisions
- Unlimited revisions during the sketching phase, as long as they do not change the concept, such as altering the character or making major revisions that completely differ from the original idea.
- After the sketch is approved, you are allowed up to three (3) revisions from the sketch phase to the final artwork.
- Additional revisions beyond this limit may be subject to extra charges.
3. Copyright & Usage Rights
- You hold 100% ownership of the final artwork.
- I retain the right to display the artwork in portfolios or as samples unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the commission has started.
5. Timeline
- The standard completion time for an artwork is 7 days from the start of the project.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but I will inform you promptly if any changes arise.
6. Do & Do Not
✅ I accept commissions for general, fantasy, character design, and other SFW (Safe for Work) artworks.
❌ I do not accept commissions involving NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content, hate speech, or any themes related to discrimination (SARA).
