-Please give as much detail as possible, it makes the design process much easier.

-If the order is not marked as completed you will lose all ownership to the design and the design will be sold elsewhere.

-I will send sketches along the design process, you can let me know if you’d like anything changed, however if there is no response within 24 hours I will finalize the design and no further changes will be made to the specific sketch.

-I will stop work on a commission if there is poor communication

-I will not reproduce a Copyrighted or Trademarked image or character without expressed written permission of its Copyright or Trademark owner, and as it pertains to Australian Copyright Law.

• The Client may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the Commission, beyond the resale of the original.

-The client may not edit, alter, or trace the Commission without the Artist’s expressed written permission, or as agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.

-Artist also retains full copyright for any preliminary designs and incidental works made in the creation of the Commission, unless otherwise agreed upon.
