If you have requested an order, this means you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms.

Please read the entirety of this journal. Violation or disregard of my terms will:
1) Rescind any art commissioned by me.
2) Refund payment(s) (if applicable).
3) Ban you from commissioning me again.

Delivery time
• Please don't rush me, normally 1 chibi takes 1-3 hours. I am a single person and I work on my commissions as much as I can per day, but I also have a life and studies.
• Please be patient because I like to spend all the time needed on each chibi and add as much detail as possible, even if it takes longer.
• I work a separate job outside of drawing on my phone, I appreciate the patience from my customers.

Ordering
• Please refer to my commission journal for specifics on how to order.
• I have the right to reject a commission without explanation.
• Please fill out the form properly or I will ignore it
• I only work with full body colored references.
• I use a slot system. Claiming a slot is first-come, first-served.

Payment
• I accept DA Points (points) and PayPal.
• Send payment only after I have accepted your commission.
• Please send payment up to 24 hours after the agreement. After that, I will reject the order.
• I will work after I receive payment.

PayPal
• All payments through PayPal bullet by emocx must be made in USD.
• You must be 18 or older in order to use PayPal as a payment method.
• In your order form, please copy + paste the statement located at the bottom of this journal. It states that you agree to my terms and are commissioning me voluntarily.
• After I have accepted your order, I will send you a PayPal invoice/paypal.me link.
• This purchase is a digital good and will not be shipped to an address.
• There are no refunds offered for pre-made designs and finished commissions.
• If payment is not received within 24 hours of accepting your request or sending an invoice, the purchase will be canceled. (Unless an extension is given by me.)
• The order will be processed after the service is rendered.

Deviantart Points
• $1 USD = 100Points
• Once I have accepted your order, please send points through the commission widget on my page.

Refunds
• You are entitled to a full refund if you request a cancellation and I have not started your order.
• The amount will decrease depending on how far along I am with the commission [After a certain point, a refund will not be given].
• I have the full right to refund you for whatever reason and without explanation.

Cancellations
• Commissioners have the full right to cancel their order before payment is sent.
• I have to full right to cancel an order for whatever reason and without explanation.

Copyrights and Permissions

• As the artist, I have the full right to the artwork.

• As the artist, I have full creative freedom with a piece of work [in terms of pose, environment, expression, etc.] unless order is incredibly specific.
• Commissions are for personal use only.

• Commissioner may NOT redistribute, reproduce, repost, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency.

• Commissioner may NOT edit, trace, or steal the commissioned artwork for any reason whatsoever.

• Commissioner may NOT repost artwork on any other site but DeviantArt. However, posting artwork on character bio sites (e.g. Weebly, Toy.house, etc.) is acceptable only with credit.

• Commissioner must credit me at all times [yonaei] for any commissioned artwork.

• Commissioner must ask for my explicit permission to post commissioned artwork in their dA gallery; this can only be done if I am credited in the description.

• It is the commissioner's responsibility to save all artwork as I clear out my sta.sh frequently.

Statement
