If you are commissioning me than you have read the following terms:

• Payment is first, I will not wait more than 24 hours to receive payment.

• You must have patience with me, I will refund if I feel like I won't be able to finish within the deadline. I usually take up to 3 days or less if I have time on my hands and on type of commission.

• I will not refund if you've made a mistake in the description or have changed your mind about commissioning me.

• You must own all original characters being commissioned. I will not draw characters owned by another person, series, or comics. The character must be owned by you or otherwise have permission to have them drawn.

• I have the right to refuse commission if I don't feel comfortable or you don't have a completed reference. I will completely reject convoluted descriptions. Designing a character is a completely different fee!

• I will charge for drawing major changes in commissions.
