What You Will Receive:
The final completed art will be a 2000x2000 PNG digital file of the image(s) requested. (There is no real paper craft involved aside from the effect appearance.) I will happily change the image size (bigger or smaller) or image format at your request for no extra cost. Of course a larger image size means bigger file size! Just let me know ahead of time your preferences. Of course if nothing is specified I may update the size to best frame the subject. Feel free to request as many updates or edits as desired.(Nothing too major of course)
Please let me know if you would like the character's name below, or elsewhere as well!

What I will need:
Most importantly I will need an image reference or screenshot of the character in the desired pose. (Wowhead Dressing room, or WoWModelViewer work perfectly.) Along with a detailed description of the character. Any additional body type, colors or features, accesstories or costume details.
Also, let me know your preferred amount of papery effects (if desired at all!) Or I can go with what I think looks best.

Payment:
I can work on either full payment up front, or half upfront, and then half just before final completed artwork.

Ownership
When the final/full payment has been made, the art is yours forever to do with as you please! Post it anywhere, update it it, crop it, whatever, just please make sure I get original credit. I would only ask not to post works-in-progress or share them anywhere. I will however post any completed works to my own sites. Additionally I can name you as commissioner (but would only do so with permission from you.)
