I work with Adobe Photoshop, Live2D, and After Effects.

Payment
- I require a 50% upfront payment before starting the project.
- The remaining 50% is due only after you are fully satisfied with the final result.
- The initial deposit is non-refundable.

Revisions
- Minor revisions (color tweaks, timing adjustments, small fixes) are free.
- Major revisions requiring significant rework will incur an additional fee, starting from $10, depending on complexity.

Portfolio & Privacy (NDA)
- I reserve the right to share commissioned work in my portfolio or on social media, with a 'commission' watermark.
- If you'd like the work to remain fully confidential and unpublished, a $60 NDA fee applies (no previews, no posting, no streaming).

Right to Decline
I reserve the right to decline any commission prior to payment, for any reason, including content outside my scope or availability.

Queue & Deadlines
- Commissions are completed in the order they are received.
- Average turnaround is 6–10 days, but may increase depending on workload and project complexity.
- Rush delivery is available for an additional fee, discussed individually.

Inactivity Clause
If I don’t hear back from you for 14 days, the project will be considered inactive. This may result in delays or cancellation without a refund of the deposit.

File Retention
Final files will be stored digitally for up to 3 months. After that, I may not be able to re-upload or resend them, so please save your files promptly.

Artistic Freedom
If your brief is vague or lacks references, I will interpret it using my own creative judgment and style. I’ll always check in to confirm general direction before proceeding.

Commercial Use
By default, all commissions are for personal use only.
If you plan to use the work commercially (e.g., in games, ads, merchandise), please let me know in advance — terms and pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
