Art of your characters is yours. Adopts, if not wanted, can be returned to me to be resold/revamped. Selling adopts I've sold to you is not allowed, especially for a higher price, unless given express permission.
Three payments are to be made if a personalized commission is wanted. Third up front for supplies and time, third halfway through said commission, and third after completion. The first portion is nonrefundable.
I will give you progress shots and ask if there is anything you want changed. If you say no, I will continue, but you cannot say I drew something you didn't want as I will always ask if anything needs to be changed.
I cannot give a set time to complete as I work full time as well but if you ask for me to have it done by a certain time for an occasion I will do my best to fulfill your request.
Credit for art is required, credit for adopts is required.
