How it works:
1) The Basic Sketch. Once I've received your full color reference photos and have decided to take on your commission request, you'll provide a general pose idea you'd like, along with some general expression ideas. Once the base sketch is finished, you are allowed to request minor changes, including expressions, hands, etc. Only three changes may be requested, not including the pose.
2) The Basic Colors. Once the basic sketch is finished, the base colors will be put into place based on the reference photos provided. Full color reference pictures, while providing a general idea of what the character looks like, also provide a helpful color palette to the artist. Small color change requests are accepted. Only three color change requests will be accepted. No changes to the sketch can be made from this point.
3) The Final Product. Shading and color highlights will be added at this point. No change requests will be taken at this point.

Can do:
-Anime/Chibi style work
-Fanart (anime/manga/videogames/tv/movies/etc)
-Original Characters of your own creation (OCs from other creators will only be allowed so long as you provide proof that the original artist gave you permission to use their character)
-Real People (though the style may vary to fit the artist's style and talents)
-NSFW (for all genders) AS LONG AS the commission slot specifies nsfw artwork is allowed. Some commission slots are reserved for non-nsfw work.
-Furries
-Any and all genders of people. This artist is trans inclusive, including women, men, and nonbinary people. Offensive trans stereotypes will NOT BE PERMITTED.

Can't do:
-Children/Elderly (most of the artist's work centers around teenage/adult people)
-Offensive work, including any and all characters who are canonically sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, etc. Requests of such will get you an automatic ban from the artist.

Extras:

1) Full color reference photos are required. If you only have a description of the character you want, you'll have to search online for reference images of hairstyles, eye shape, clothing, color palettes, etc. The artist will not work on a description alone, and an additional fifteen dollar fee will be added to the base price if the artist has to piece together the character for you.
2) Complex character designs will require an additional fee depending on just how complex the design is. There is no set additional fee for complexity and it is determined on a case by case basis.

Refunds:

1) Cancellations before the base sketch is started will be refunded. Cancellations requested after the base sketch is started will not be permitted.
2) If for any reason the artist cannot finish your commission, a refund will be provided.

Refunds will only be provided if either of the two conditions above are met. No refunds will be given in any other circumstance.

Artwork will be completed 1-2 weeks after payment is received. Rush ordering is only available if the deadline is deemed reasonable by the artist.

Final Product: A digital unwatermarked copy of the finished drawing with the artist's digital signature (no physical prints available). The original .psd file will not be provided.

Disclaimer: All commissions are for personal use unless agreed upon otherwise. Commercial work must be discussed before being agreed upon.
The artist reserves any and all rights over the final artwork and it will be posted to the artist's social media with a signature watermark. Only the commissioning client and the artist will have unwatermarked copies of the commission in question.
The artist reserves the right to decline any commission requests without justification, though the artist will not turn down a commission request without reason.
The artist may request the client's permission to sell prints of the commission, however the client has any and all rights to decline the request.
Reselling of the commission to third parties (i.e. making prints, merchandise, or just reselling the original digital copy) is not permitted.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in punishment, which may result up to a ban from the artist's page and from commissioning any future works.
