Please note that all terms of service may change at my discretion.

By ordering you understand that I have a life and a full time job outside of my art. Things happen that may otherwise render my inability to work as quickly or as often as I would like to. You as a paying commissioner will be notified and updated on any lags or downtime I may have. You may also not be the next in queue and there may be a wait time before your piece is completed.

Buying art from me does not give you the right to insult/provoke/be rude towards me or any other individual. I will automatically CANCEL your order, make a refund and will no longer be willing to work with you. Kindness and polite behavior goes a long way but rudeness will not be tolerated.

Sale:

Each sale, payment, auction, etc. is FINAL. No refunds will be issued once your piece has had the sketch reviewed (when applicable) or once specs have been confirmed and I have started your piece.

What I require from you:

You have to provide me CLEAR and PRECISE references for your character, or state in writing any details that are not on it, otherwise I have the right to refuse editing the final product.

Generall information:

After you approve the sketch NO EDITS WILL BE MADE.

I have the right to decline any commissions I don't want to do. I also have the right to cancel any order for any reasons (in these rare cases you will get a refund ).

You CAN repost the art you've commissioning from me, but include a DIRECT link to one of my accounts.

You CAN'T use the art you've commissioned from me for commercial purpose/reselling/making any profit of it without prior approval.
