1) I will require a downpayment of half the full price before starting. Once the commission is done, the remaining balance must be settled before I provide you with the files.

2) During the production stage, I will update you with progress photos 3 times. In these updates I will explain what I will do next and you may have the chance to ask for MINOR revisions. You may only do this thrice, once every update.

3) If you ever decide to withdraw from the commission halfway through, you will not receive a refund. The down payment will not be returned.

4) Should the client, without prior notice, not respond to messages for 3 weeks after an update/completion notice, the commission will be automatically be abandoned until the client responds within 2 months. Otherwise, the commission is terminated and the downpayment will not be refunded.

5) I'm pretty friendly and I really want my clients to be satisfied, so please bear with me when I start asking questions during the first few phases on production.

6) Engaging in business with me will automatically mean agreeing to the above terms.
