ToS - TMA Logos
General:
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. These are meant to protect both the artist and the client and ensure a smooth creative process.
What I offer:
- Custom logo designs in several styles (Slam, Black Metal, Deathcore, etc.)
- Digital Drawings
- Stylized text, symbolic elements, occult/gore/organic motifs
- Final delivery in transparent PNG, JPG, and optionally a vectorized file
Process (rough idea, can be altered depending on the circumstances)
- Commission Request, you tell me what you want and how you want it. What shape you want it in, style, etc. Just give me a rundown.
- Payment is done through the website and only the website, I will not accept any outside method.
-Sketch Approval: I send you a rough sketch for you to approve or alter. This is where you make any major changes if necessary.
-Rendering: I take the approved sketch and finish it. Only minor alterations are allowed at this point.
- Delivery: Using your preferred inbox, the files will be uploaded and sent to you when completed.
Regarding Revisions:
-During the rough sketch, I will offer a chance for you to request any number of changes or alterations until it meets your desires.
- Minor changes after rendering are allowed, small things like shape changes and stylistic tweaks. Things like word changes, and major shape/composition changes will not be considered.
- Any and all changes after delivery will be considered based on size of change and what is being changed. If it is considered a major change (overall shape change, word change, or design overhaul) A new commission will be necessary. Minor tweaks, like erasing something, editing the form of a letter, or adding an effect somewhere, can be done without a new commission.

Payment:
-Done exclusively through this website for the time being. (subject to change, but as of 6/4/2025, this is the effective statement)
- No refunds after Sketch Approval stage during normal process.
- In cases of sickness, injury, or my inability to complete a drawing due to outside circumstance, a refund will be issued as soon as possible and the commission will be suspended.
Usage Rights:
- Personal use by default (online branding, band logos, tattooing, etc.)
- Commercial use (Merch, Album covers, physical prints, etc.) requires commercial licensing, ask beforehand.
- I retain all artistic rights to showcase a commission in/on my portfolio, social media unless otherwise agreed upon.
Things I absolutely will not do:
- Anything regarding hate speech or of an individual or group of any kind. This includes symbols.
- Logos for NFT's or AI-generated bands
- Rip-off logos. (note that parodies are not apart of this. I can appreciate some good satire.)
Final Notes:
-I have a life outside of art and may not be available 24/7. Please grant me some leeway on responses. I promise you I will get to you as soon as I can. Thanks!
- Turnaround time will depend on how busy I currently am, but I will do my best to stay within a 1-2 week turnaround period at most.
