COMMUNICATION - Communication with artist and client is a two-way streak. If any part has a problem or is confused or is in need of more references/descriptions, the artist is free to ask at anytime and feedback will be provided at a quick pace. Likewise, if a part of a step is needed to be shown, I as the client should be allowed to ask to see it done or implimented. And if it's just to see the difference between one version or another of a part of the process, I would like it done at least for the sake of experimentation. If it's too far into development for a part to be altered, please make sure to communicate that (ex. Changing a pose when lines are done is not allowed).

CHARACTERS - The only thing I commission are my own characters. There may be times when I commission my characters wearing outfits from other official characters, but that's the exception rather than the rule. As such I can get very paranoid/worried about the depiction of my characters and if they are consistent with the rest of their depictions so far. If you have an idea on slight alterations with the piece, please let me know and/or send me examples of what you have in mind. Some of these characters may not be depicted for a while so I want to try to be consistent as possible.

USAGE - The art commissioned will be uploaded to the ToyHouse page or other sites used as a way to catalog my characters and organize their images. In addition, they can be used for images such as Social Media posts, Graphics for images/streams, and/or Banners and Headers.

MERCH RELATED - I do not commission normally for merchandising. However, if I do commission you for a shirt design or the like, you are obligated for 20% to 40% of my cut of the product once payout is received to me. I have to ask you if you want to do a merch commission, if I do not than they will not be used commercially/used in selling products. If you still feel unsure about a "commission relating to selling merchandise," you are always free to ask any questions related to it.

CREDIT - Credit will always be given to artwork used. Provided with the social media links, if artwork from the commission is used mainly in solo posts, a link or "@" to the artist will always be given. This is the same with content related to streams as credits will be provided at the end of streams. However, it is nearly impossible to credit every single artist if multiple are used for a banner/header for social media sites. Attempts will be made to credit but it will be difficult or impossible in some cases. Tl:dr -> Artwork used will be credited unless it's too difficult to credit so many in one image.
