RULES
Before commissioning, please consider the following:

I CAN DRAW:
- Original characters.
- Fan art.
- OC x Canon.
- Real people, actors, singers (will be stylized).
- Fantasy creatures, such as elves, demons, half-orcs, etc.
- Simple armor and weaponry (complex armor or weapons will have an extra charge).
- LGBTQ+
- Furry (will be stylized).

I WILL NOT DRAW:
- Sexually explicit content.
- Offensive material or propaganda.
- Explicit gore or extreme violence.
- Fire arms.
- Vehicles.
- Mecha.
- Old people.

A request containing one or more of the the points listed above may be rejected.

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
• Commissions are for personal use only. You cannot use them for commercial purposes, resell them, or mint them as NFTs.
• You may use the artwork for non-commercial purposes only, such as displaying it in your home, sharing it on personal social media accounts, on personal Discord servers, or printing it for personal use.
• My work may not be used for AI training or datasets.
• I do not copy other artists’ styles. Please review my work before commissioning me.
• I will not work without visual references.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS
• Skeb/Surprise Me commissions must be paid in full upfront and do not include revisions. The client should expect to receive a finished product without prior approval. However, I will correct important mistakes if I made an oversight.
• No full refunds once the artwork is finished. If I haven’t completed your commission after the deadline, or you wish to cancel your order before I complete it, a partial refund can be negotiated and will be proportional to the amount of work left undone.
• If you cancel your commission, you give up all rights to the artwork, and I may discard or repurpose it.
• Chargebacks or PayPal disputes without notice will result in an immediate blacklist.

WORK PROCESS & REVISIONS
• Clients may request up to 3 revisions during the commission process. Requesting more revisions will result in additional charges.
• Once line art is completed, no major changes (such as poses or composition) will be allowed.
• I will not make major changes after the commission is finished and delivered.

ARTIST RIGHTS & USAGE
• I retain the right to share the finished artwork on my social media and portfolio, including work-in-progress screenshots and process videos.
• If you want the commission to remain private, an additional charge will apply.

COMMUNICATION & EXPECTATIONS
• Be professional in our chats—please avoid small talk or casual conversation during the commission process.
• Patience is key! I may not respond instantly due to time zone differences.
